The game consists of various types of racing including: grip races, time attack, speed challenges, drag, and wheelie competitions. It was one of the first Need for Speed titles I played. This NFS title was the first of many closed coursed based Need for Speed titles and it was good at it. It should start however, you may have to adjust the resolution.

After that, start the game from the No CD crack icon. Then, copy and paste the "scripts" and "dinput8.dll" files into the game file (the one mentioned above). Click on the link for NFS ProStreet Generic Fix. From the search menu, type in Need for Speed ProStreet. You'll need another patch before starting it. Once you've done that you can also use that as a shortcut to launch the game.
In that file you see the application launch icon named "nfs.exe." Please copy and save this icon to another location (just in-case) then, take the launch icon from the No CD crack and copy (and overwrite) it to this folder. It should be under C:\Program Files (x86)\Electronic Arts\Need for Speed ProStreet (this location can be different depending on your computer). Extract the launch icon from the No CD crack file. This will allow you to start the game outside of Origin because this game won't launch from Origin. There are plenty of places to download this from. Once you do, google "Need for Speed ProStreet No CD crack v1.0 (version 1.1 won't work).

Go ahead and download and install the game from Origin. It isn't for those who have pirated the game. I also want to mention this is only for those who have legitimately purchased the game. Here they are down below (note: this works for Windows 10 Pro). Luckily, I've provided instructions for those who want to use this digital copy. It will require a lot of tweaking, and EA, Origin, and Best Buy tech support won't help you. With that being said, this game won't work right out of the box. The digital copy has a lot of problems to work through unless you're a computer nerd like me. The first thing that I'd like to say is if you're wanting to play this game I'd suggest getting the physical copy of the game not the digital copy.
